RED & CHODAN BELT SESSION
It is highly recommended for ALL Red and Chodan Belt Students in preparation for their Black Belt Exam.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Date: WEDNESDAY 9th OCTOBER 2024
Time: 10am to 1pm
Cost: $50 per session (this is a semi private session)
Cash, EFT or Active kids vouchers are accepted.

SESSION DETAILS:
Class will run through work and requirements for their Black Belt Grading, such as:
- Bo Staff
- Kali Stick
- Koryo Form
- Rolling Flow
- Kicking Flow
- Technique Flow
- Self Defence Techniques
- Takedowns
- Throws
REQUIREMENTS:
- Payment made prior to the day to confirm your booking
- Black belt folder & Pen.
- Kali Sticks
- Wear Gi pants and T-shirt and belt.
- Bring Gi jacket and gloves
- Water bottle and a packed lunch
- Good and positive attitude
