Martial Arts provides physical training and continual learning, in a fun and friendly atmosphere, suitable for kids and adults alike. And because it is not a seasonal sport, your training can continue throughout 50 weeks of the year!

There are many classes to choose from at Adapt Martial Arts and Boxing Academy. If you miss a class, don’t worry, just come to the next available class.
We even encourage students to attend extra classes during school holidays to make up for these closures throughout the year.
