BOXING AND FITNESS CLASSES IN WOLLONGONG

We have boxing classes for all levels- non contact, contact, ladies only or even 1:1 private sessions. Whether you are beginner, advanced or looking to get in the ring- we’ve got you covered.

NON- CONTACT BOXING All Fitness Levels

Non-Contact Boxing is for all skill levels and is a fantastic way to get fit, build strength, and improve coordination. This class focuses on boxing fundamentals such as footwork, punches, and conditioning, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of boxing in a safe, non-contact format.

Bring your wraps and gloves and get ready for an intense 45-minute workout. Classes vary in format on a day to day basis. Classes cover Boxing fundamentals such as footwork and technique, general fitness and stamina as well as mastering the basics of the sport. 

Our classes are not a “boxercise” class, our instructors are not PT’s who enjoy boxing, our coaches are amateur/professional boxers who focus on technique, and ensuring you do things correctly as they have dedicated their life to the sport.

These classes run:
Monday 7:15-8pm- Footwork and Technique
Tuesday 6:30-7:15pm- Fundamentals and Fitness
Thursday 6:30-7:15pm 

CONTACT BOXING, SPARRING AND FIGHT PREPERATION

For those looking to push their limits, our Contact Boxing classes offer an intense, full-body workout that includes sparring and technique. Whether you’re training for competition or just want to develop your boxing skills, this class is designed to improve speed, strength, and endurance while providing a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Our contact boxing is an opportunity to train side by side with our owner who is a 5-0 winning professional boxer.

We offer full fighter programs to get in the ring- inclusive of training plans and meal plans. This is also available to anyone looking to train like a fighter and immerse themselves in the lifestyle, but not get in the ring. 

Our amateur boxing team are active in local fight nights, as well as our own fight nights The Illawarra Challenger, and Fight Club.

These sessions run:
Monday 8:00am Sparring
Wednesday 7:15-9:00pm Fight Club 
Saturday 9:30am Sparring

1:1 BOXING WITH KOSTA SKRAPIS

For a personalized and dedicated approach to boxing and fitness, our 1:1 coaching sessions with Master Kosta offer an exceptional opportunity to refine your skills. These private lessons are tailored to your specific goals, whether it’s improving technique, increasing strength, or preparing for a fight, providing focused attention and expert guidance every step of the way.

Kosta began his amateur boxing journey at 14 (20 years ago) and is now a 5-0 winning professional. 

Kosta has also coached 100s of amateur boxers into the ring.

These are available Monday- Thursday mornings, and Friday ALL DAY.
