For those looking to push their limits, our Contact Boxing classes offer an intense, full-body workout that includes sparring and technique. Whether you’re training for competition or just want to develop your boxing skills, this class is designed to improve speed, strength, and endurance while providing a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Our contact boxing is an opportunity to train side by side with our owner who is a 5-0 winning professional boxer.

We offer full fighter programs to get in the ring- inclusive of training plans and meal plans. This is also available to anyone looking to train like a fighter and immerse themselves in the lifestyle, but not get in the ring. 

Our amateur boxing team are active in local fight nights, as well as our own fight nights The Illawarra Challenger, and Fight Club.
