Non Contact Boxing and Fitness- All Skill Levels

Non-Contact Boxing is for all skill levels and is a fantastic way to get fit, build strength, and improve coordination. This class focuses on boxing fundamentals such as footwork, punches, and conditioning, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of boxing in a safe, non-contact format.
Bring your wraps and gloves and get ready for an intense 45-minute workout. Classes vary in format on a day to day basis. Classes cover Boxing fundamentals such as footwork and technique, general fitness and stamina as well as mastering the basics of the sport.
Our classes are not a “boxercise” class, our instructors are not PT’s who enjoy boxing, our coaches are amateur/professional boxers who focus on technique, and ensuring you do things correctly as they have dedicated their life to the sport.
