Little Rangers Preschool Program
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00-4:30 PM Ages: 3 to 5/6-year-olds

Our 30-minute classes are ideal for preschoolers who are fully toilet-trained. These sessions offer a vibrant introduction to the world of martial arts while supporting crucial developmental milestones.

Program Highlights:

Gross Motor Development: These classes are designed to enhance coordination, balance, and overall fitness with dynamic activities like running, jumping, and kicking.

Junior Martial Arts Primary Program
Schedule: Monday – ThursdayBeginners (White, Yellow, Orange Belts): 4:30-5:10 PM
Intermediates (Green, Blue, Purple Belts): 5:10-5:50 PM
Advanced (Brown, Red, Chodan, Junior Black Belts): 5:50-6:30 PM
Please Note: If you’re transferring from another school with a belt rank above white, kindly email admin@adaptacademy.com.au to arrange your trial session.

Age Group: Kindergarten to 12/13 years old

our 40-minute Junior Martial Arts program is ideal for primary school students who are looking for an engaging and structured activity that goes beyond traditional sports. It’s perfect for children who:

Haven’t found the right sport yet and are interested in trying something unique that combines physical activity with mental discipline.

Need to enhance their focus and discipline which are essential for academic and personal success.
